In response to escalating COVID-19 concerns worldwide during fall and winter, and in line with the “Special Program to Contain COVID-19 Epidemic in Fall and Winter” launched by Central Epidemic Command Center on December 1, 2020, Ming Chuan is actively promoting students to wear facial masks when entering campus or in class and keep the windows of classrooms open to maintain a flow of fresh air indoors. All participants in meetings and large-scale activities, as well as off- campus visitors, must have their temperature taken and record their name. All students are reminded to maintain good personal hygiene, wash hands frequently and wear facial masks correctly.
From December 1, people must wear masks in the following eight types of public venues: healthcare facilities, public transportation, places of consumption, learning places, sports and exhibition venues, entertainment venues, religious and worship places, offices and business venues.
